My new Moto C Plus mobile got switched off for couple of days or sometimes often. Again i cannot switched ON by switch ON button. It was switched ON only the device in charge.
I need a solution.
Kindly help me.

M, 07 Aug 2017Is there any problem while calling since the proximity sens... moreWhile calling someone or receiving calls from someone just on the speaker icon in your device the screen Will never off until u stop the power button thus u can see the status of your call on your device.

using moto c plus from last 17 days . but unable to send sms from sim 1 port. unable to save sms centre number thru #*#*4636#*#*. I called to motorola customer care and they assured that technical team called me with in 48 hours. but more than 3 days passed no called received from motorola technical team. I think this was a worst product as compare to price / features if I compare with my redmi 4 A. Never face a little bit problem to use 4A. but i am not happy to use this moto c plus.

If you are interested in photography this phone is not a good option to you.
This is the only problem of this phone remain everything is good and smooth
For the money, it is very good. My rating 4.4/5

I have moto c plus phone l just upgrade my idea sim 4g and put sim slot 1 but I am not received SMS for idea sim second sim received customer care said set massage center in massage satting .But phone have no option massage center

Very good for its money. Everything works properly and as declared by the vendor. I like this budget, fast, nice comfortable smart.

Moto C+.. A reasonable price phone along with latest android specification.
People are telling regarding the battery drainage problem . Friends its upto you guys how you are using your phone including the idle time of the phone. The charge of the phone is not only depends on the usage of internet, it based on various other factors. If at all you are not using for for more than 2 to 3 hours I request you guys to keep the phone in airplane mode. It will save the idle time of the phone and it will allows to away the radiation in phone which is also a very big issue for battery drainage.
Regarding headphone, ya it has issue . Sometimes the song is automatically get off.
The phone is good. Atleast it is compare to Micromax and Samsung of that range .
I also want the user of Moto C+ to upgrade the operating system when and there the notifications come. It will allow your phone to run smoothly.
