My new Moto C Plus mobile got switched off for couple of days or sometimes often. Again i cannot switched ON by switch ON button. It was switched ON only the device in charge.
I need a solution.
Kindly help me.

using moto c plus from last 17 days . but unable to send sms from sim 1 port. unable to save sms centre number thru #*#*4636#*#*. I called to motorola customer care and they assured that technical team called me with in 48 hours. but more than 3 days passed no called received from motorola technical team. I think this was a worst product as compare to price / features if I compare with my redmi 4 A. Never face a little bit problem to use 4A. but i am not happy to use this moto c plus.

If you are interested in photography this phone is not a good option to you.
This is the only problem of this phone remain everything is good and smooth
For the money, it is very good. My rating 4.4/5

I have moto c plus phone l just upgrade my idea sim 4g and put sim slot 1 but I am not received SMS for idea sim second sim received customer care said set massage center in massage satting .But phone have no option massage center

Very good for its money. Everything works properly and as declared by the vendor. I like this budget, fast, nice comfortable smart.
