The moto e is budget phone, and like all budget phones there is compromises: the camera is not good, there is not huge amount of space on the device (2.21GB available to user) and the battery is non removable. Competitors to Moto E usually offer removable battery and better camera with flash, but usually competitor (huawei lg samsung etc) devices have the tradeoff that they dont update their low end android devices and they are running heavily skinned android 4.1 or something like that on poor specs and the phone is laggy.
Pick your poison: do you want moto e, great user experience with stock android and guaranteed system update to lollipop but poor camera or do you want samsung/lg with better camera and removable battery but non existant or poor software support.
Personally, moto e is the best offering in its price range when it comes to android devices.
Moto G might be the better choice, it has better camera and the 2014 version has a sd card slot, but it is more expensive. In my country it is twice as expensive as moto e and i do not think of it worth it at that price.

I've been using Motorola Milestone since 2009, and I can't recommend any Motorola devices, it's just crap.
I recommend to buy Microsoft Lumia 535, it's just $130 USD.

hii friends please dont buy this mobile bcoz its waste of money........i am facing lots of problems like it automatically restarts, heating problem,speaker problem,it hangs a lot.....no front camera

Very Good Phone!!!!
I am just enjoying using the Moto E handset like anything!!!! The speed is awesome and the performance as well. It is worth of money you pay.
