Besides the timeout, the screen has proximity sensor that will turn it off when you have the phone close to your ear/face during a call, have you tried tapping the power button once to see if will come up again?
On item #2, when you mean loose, does it fall, or just moves a little bit?

Is your phone locked with a pattern lock or pin lock?
Would this by any chance be a SIM lock?
Usually the pre-set passwords are 0000, you can try it once or twice only to avoid further lockdown.

All those services are supposed to be provided by your carrier.
Contact them and make sure those are included in your service plan.

All the services you are mentioning are supposed to be provided by your carrier (call waiting, 3 way, voicemail, etc). Contact them and verify if your plan includes them.

while in the call the screen gets log off after 2 or 3 minutes .And then we are not able to switch on the phone until unless the call gets disconnected.Think this issue is universal for all Moto-e User..
Problem:2:Every one aware of this issue regarding back cover loose..

Every thing is fine. But some times phones get handed for while. Don't know why. Even if u press the unlock button it won't work for a while.. Can some body suggest me MOTO E service center in bangalore. I bought it just a month back where can i go for free service...

Hi,i had one doubt that on box written battery is 1150mAh but in specification says it was 1980mAh. Which is correct? Anybody clear this doubt?
