Had the same problem with mine, then realised there are 3 options on your screen when the phone rings, email/cancel (red phone) and green phone to answer, swipe from centre to green phone and you can answer the call

Just bought phone. Always had Nokia before. Phone rings, so what do I do to answer it. Tried tapping, pressing all to no avail. Info please..

just bought this phone as my moto e was taken down by the stupid upgrade to lollipop. it seems fine except cant get photos to go onto the sd card. the specs say upto 32gb so can any size under 32 be used? it didnt ask me whether for internal or external storage but as far as i can tell its external so photos should be there but not..........why and how can i get this to work?

Yes it does have videocall.What it doesnt have (compared to e3 power) is fast charging.

+ Battery life good, lightweight, cheap
- Absolutely abysmal performance, extremely slow to wake up, no 5ghz wifi (appalling omission)
Wouldn't buy again.
