I got moto e3 power a few days ago.. everything is going super fine as per the expectations except.. the google ads which pop up out of nowhere anytime. Please suggest a way to disable google ads.

If I update my default or inbuilt apps like clock, file manager, chrome, YouTube, Android system web view, Google play movies, Google play music, Google keyboard or Gboard, Google Drive, Motorola Alert, Google photos & Hangouts,,,, system heavily crashes.... For two days mobile works well and the third day it lags.... Many apps not opening.... If I switch off the mobile,, I again can't switch on my mobile unless and until if I remove by battery & Re-insert it for switching on.... If I start using for two days,, again the third day same problem repeats.... Removing & Re-inserting the battery is the only solution for fixing this.... I don't know why this shit happens.... After switching off the mobile,, , if I hold the power button for more than 10 seconds to switch on,, no sign of switching on.... But if I double tap the power button,, mobile vibrates but no sign in display....
.
I need to know the exact solution for the cause....
