It's funny how could you take 30 mins to receive SMS?

Phone works fine, one major problem with sms messaging....they have an app instead of the regular sms message system, sending sms is not a problem, receiving it is...incoming sms take 30 mins to be delivered....can some one help on that....no network issue as the same sim works fine on my moto G

MOto e3 power is a complete flop model of motorola or lenovo, I ordered this in september and in october the displays get spoiled by itself that within 1 month. Its gone for repair since 1 and half month and till now I get only reply that spare parts are not available yet in mumbai office or even at bangalore repair centre,. One of the worst customer service and repair centre, they are here to do only business but they dont care of customer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE INFERIOR PRODUCTS SINCE THEY HAVE NO SERVICE AFTER SELLING IT.
