It's a low end phone with mediatek SoC.
Meant for basic functions of calls,sms,emails.
If you use it for intensive tasks and expect to work like a rocket,then you are doing terriblly wrong. plus I have seen people who load up this phone with tons of wanted-unwanted apps ( coz it's all free on play store) which slow down the working of system.
Hence, your comment of 'very slow' is subject to how you use this phone.

I just got a moto e3 online,cant find any voice recorder,it is nt supporting jio 4g calling

Any one know how to set call forwarding and call waiting, Didn't find any call settings to tweak. Also while using jio sim seen sometime LTE while sometime 4G, what is the difference as observed network not work when in LTE while in 4G it works fine. JIO sim is not working fully fine signal disappear, if whole night left 4G data on, next morning neither call nor data works unless restart.

it is too worst mobile, it is too slow, automatically opened and closed all apps it self. not supported to sum apps. No any button due to screen some times not working.

I think draining started after the 22mb ota update. As of now it says up to date. Did a factory hard reset today. Let me see if it helps.

sanu, 21 Nov 2016Does this gadget support Volte or not?....if it is equipped... moreThis gadget supports voLTE feature.... After JIO sim has been inserted. voLTE symbol will show on the status bar... If it doesn't then you need to go to settings and mobile networks.. then click on enable enhanced LTE mode... or Enable HD voice....
