Good phone for 8k price range.Battery backup is good.It may disappoint gamers coz processor is 1 GB.With normal net usage and watching videos etc it lasts for a day.Camera is average.And volume is not that loud as expected.But am satisfied.

Hi All,
While playing YouTube video because of low battery it got switched off automatically and while charging it charge only to 7% I tried switching off the phone and pulling out battery but nothing is working...
Please help how to solve the issue
