My Moto E3 power mobile is not charging even it is plugged on nd LED light appears but the %of battery remains same .Its automatically going to shutdown again and again however there is 22% battery . I have get repair it from service center but still Unable to get charge my phone and auto shut down issue is still there . Please help me out from dis problem

Phone is doing good but volume control notification bar always stuck. Now i started to hating this company. Tell me what should I do to remove that stuck volum control bar.

There is a problem with the port on phone wherein we plugin the charger cable. I seems like a manufacturing issue with the phone as quite a lot of people are facing it.

Phone is good as it is good in built and battery backup is also decent but it lacks the most of important thing which sceen cast because at this price range oradding some few money anyone get more featured phone such as Redmi 3s prime. So company should think about this

I bought this phone in april 2017 .when i make VDO call via whatts app ,its ringer gets off automatically .
I have to restart it to get its services.
Plz tell me what should i do to solve this.

The front panel of this phone came out on its own within 7months . This phone was taken utmost care still this happened because of which the screen stopped working and the service center refused to fix this issue during the warranty period. They were charging 3k +.
This phone is never recommended.
Moto has a very poor customer service approach and the devices face various issues pretty often while the customer service team ignores. They just talk about the heavy charges to resolve it.
