Could not get the phone to use Google Sky app.
Was told it didn't have the necessary electronics built-in.

We paid $40 for a Moto E4 and gave it to our 3-year old. It lasted a little over 3 years. Impressive durability. On the downside there were very few updates, but for the price we paid it's a great phone. 9.5/10.

I bought a G6 and Moto One first generation and both drop in water and died, i wasted 500 USD i could bought a iphone 7 with the money and it would survive the puddles. Nevertheless since I went through 2 semi expensive motos i just decided since im sloppy im just buy a cheap moto, so I saw it discount at Cancun Walmart , it was a beauty i couldnt believe i found a that classic metal bronze moto cover like the classics. So i bought for like 150 usd i was like its nothing i was like if i lose it or drop it on water fuxx it cheap. Little did I know this phone is survivor and warrior. I have drop it so many times i dont even use a case. BELIEVE OR NOT I DROP ON MY DOG WATER BUCKET and i was like oh well, but it survive, and it prove the Myth is true PHONE WITH REMOVAL BATTERY have a higher chance to survive if drop em on water. I was amaze and i was like damn why did moto stop improving their phone. using removal battery and using alumin or metal material phone survive longer,now its all plastic, Any how im deep 8months with the phone since it has mediatek chip and it now longer updating it has become laggi, headphone jack no longer works. but im gonna stick to it until the wheels fall out.... fuxxx it!!!

Mine had the same issue, but after cleaning a fist full if shmoo out of the port and charger plug it connects again. Of course ports are a mechanical link and just simply wear out over time. I have to set it on the cord to provide some pressure on the pins. But at least it charges again.

Camera not that good cpu and ram way better then e3 battery a bit better it was a great phone

Got this thing after e3 I did not like e3 was very slow I liked this phone alot until now I will upgrade now

I love this phone. Moto E4 for such a cheap phone, it's the best of it's time and can still go up against pricey phone's right now.

I have had this phone for 3 years and overtime, the charging port becomes faulty. And suddenly one day the port just stops working, meaning I couldn't charge my phone.It is a good phone, but there are charging issues.

This phone is not good.
After one year using it I have many problems with my Moto E4.
*The face sensor isn't working.
*The finger sensor isn't working.
*I changed the charger socket after 5 months.
*The battery getting off at 15%.
*The battery getting off in one hour.
*Some apps doesn't work sometimes.
*Some apps doesn't
