Had this phone since august 2018.
Sound quality is nice with Dolby Atmos, but the volume at lowest value still sounds too high.
Screen is good, no touch issues.
Phone heats up for nearly anything. I'm not sure if it's newer google play services updates or the old 28 nanometer processor, or both.
Battery life is good. Can get more than 8 hours moderate to heavy use after nearly two years.
Would be a good phone for calling, a bit of music or videos but not gaming. Although i did play shadowgun legends on low settings. Lags a bit but still very playable.

Now it will be 2 years since I bought Moto e4 plus and honestly this phone is very good with battery life and charging. Of course battery kfe had worsen over time but the difference is very small. At first month he could last about 10 hours (with cellular data on) now about 6-8 hours. Also the charging, it took him about 2 hours to charge fully (at first month) now it takes 2-3. Camera is decent but I had problem at the beginning with taking videos on snapchat, instagram etc. video at the end would freeze for 1-2 sec. As a gamer this phone is not designed for games such as first person shooters, but it has good battery life for those less requiring games. For its price it's a very good phone so I would recommend it.

I have purchased Moto E4 color : Gold 2 years before. Now-a-day display is not functioning and during charging % of charging is not appeared in the display why? I went to store, they told me that we do not know the reason behind this fault. Tell me where I should approach? I am living in Dombivali, Thane District, Maharashtra

According to the price, it is not good option because you may got better phones than it.
I recommend you to do not bhe this phone.

That's typing anything, anywhere, in every single app, all the time?!
How do I end this madness?
Other than that, you get what you pay for, and in this case you really get alot dirt cheap.
But these vibrations, man I swear to God!!

iPhone 7+ 1/4bar signal, moto z2 4/5 signal, tested on same spot,same carrier
Motorola has great signal and crystal clear voice

In terms of battery this device is good.
It handles pretty well 1-2 days on single charge.
Since its an entry level device there is no complaints neighter about its processor nor about screen quality. For 2017 its good. By today's standards it doesnt fit all that well.

The first year battery lasted up to two days with solid use. But as far as the best is concerned the downsides. So far it has withstood 20 falls from a height of 1.5 meters without scratching

If you are reading this now , then dont buy this phone there are better phone available .
I tried playing pes 2020 but it keeps getting stuck . Camera is average. Daily usage like social media is fine , but lags when using snapchat or recording a video on instagram or snapchat

I have been using and enduring this phone since November 2018.
- It has weak signal on 4G/LTE mode, temporary solution is switch down to 3G/H+ signal which is very disappointing.
- Built-in Bluetooth, at frequent point it keep disconnecting my Bluetooth headset and cannot reconnect & detect other Bluetooth devices afterwards. Laborous solution is restart the phone
- Once you got use and install apps your phone, the phone boot time somehow lasted more about 2 mins. Dunno if this is normal.
- Performance-related, UI lagging.
- Most importantly, no phone update to fix the issues?
