Phone is heating much more now all videos r stopping automatically what I have to do? I have tried so many times on help Moto site I have purchased this hopeless phone in July pls don't buy this phone

its been a month i have bought this phone
problem 1 : Camera does not focus when u take a picture. 4 out of 5 photographs comes blurred.
Problem 2 : very slow charging... like one hour one percent charging rate .

Phone just shut down spontaneously and it wont switch on anymore, neither does it show any signs of charging. It's dead within 2 months of purchase. I don't think it's good phone to buy.

Don't go for this device, I'm regretting, first of all it's official Moto E4 plus won't receive Oreo upgrade. "Well done Moto". Tons of issues on this device and I will be lodging consumer complaint soon:
Problems:
1) Finger print sensor does not work properly.
2) Low volume from audio jack.
3) Volte and network issues.
4) Stuttering on whole device with high ram usage.
5) Time does not update properly.
6) No update will be provided to latest Android version even though it uses stock Android. Fake promise my MoTo.
Apart from battery this is phone is junk. So many software issues slowdowns etc etc. It does not feel like we are using stock Android. Lenovo have provided bad customer experience without a doubt undoubtedly.

Sam, 13 Sep 2017Yes I m also facing issue of heating up while using phone ... moreAlmost every phone with metal back in this price range heats up a lot. That's not a big problem. But if you really hate heating, then don't use the phone for too long, and try to avoid heavy gaming.
