I've had this phone for a while now and I like it the battery last me 6days before I charge again ..the camera is good for me too I'm not one of these people who go for all the tect no stuff I'm just for the basic things and I love this phone.

never buy this phn as per his bettry 5000mah loaded. its not working as like 5000mah bettry
only this feature that i attract but it's waste of time and money to buy this bugy phn....

Mobile camera does not work properly when making a vedio call it shows my background black and pic not clearly visible.
Second problem is if phone is left idle for 5 minutes you cannot receive call on jio 4G. You can receive only if your screen is active.Jio sim is first sim. Motorola people know this problem as per their forum which also read.
Still they are selling this phone with Flipkart.

Do not Buy this mobile after sales Service is very Poooooooor. i.e. Zero (0).
I have buy the mobile online on 27/07/2017 and same as delivered to me on 31/07.2017.
After 2 days submit my mobile for repair on 02/08/2017 still today on 25/08/2017 i am not getting the any feedback from service center that when my mobile is going to repair.
On Motorola toll-free Number also not help on this

I'm f have brought this phone 2 days ago and this phone is restarting automatically but battery backup is excellent only one problem for my phone

I am facing below problems.
Wi-Fi Network: Frequently disconnect from internet and showing "No internet" message though there is connectivity of internet. Wi-Fi signal shows 20 % less. Download and upload speed is less.
Mobile Network: Showing less signal though you are in good rage in network.
File Manager App: If you are Cut & Paste from SD card to SD card source folder/file is get deleting and not coping on destination folder/file.
Battery Charging : in first week from date from purchase it get recharge more fast but after one week it get more time to recharge.
Finally I requested to return on flipcart but there is replace option is available on flipcart.
Is anyone facing same problems ?
