As it being stock Android i doubt they would give inbuilt app for music so the best part you can download any music you like from google play n yes every music app comes with playlist features.

Go for Moto E4 plus no doubt! Cause Redmi 4 is a good phone but service problem, Once it's started problem then no one can save your phone! The biggest problem is service center problem, I know 10k is over priced for moto E4 plus but brand matter, and Moto is a very good brand also great service, So go for it.
Moto E4 plus 5000 mah battery, 32 GB storage, 720 hd display, 13 nd 5Mp camera, Finger print sensor, 5.5 inch screen, good processor for medium graphics games, Even i love the design, You want more? Like seriously?
If u want to play high graphics games go for a good computer not a phone.
Don't forget its a phone and there is everything you need.
So don't compare go for it.

I am facing big problem with this phone.when I am using any app or doing other thing that time WhatsApp massage is not pop up.and when I give something download on uc browser the download is going on,but on that time when I am doing anything else in other app,the download is pause.plz tell me the solution.
