not worth for money
bad front camera, not able to capture proper images in good light place also
after 1 year it started hanging, not able to open calls lists faster, will never buy a moto product again

If I understand correctly, anyway! Batteries age and wear faster the quicker they are charged, so this is likely an intelligent compromise in the fast charging aspect of the device / charger / battery.

Moto E⁴ Plus SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD PRODUCT FROM THE FIRST I BOUGHT IT. ANDROID 7.1.1 IS RUBBISH. MANY APPS FREEZING, CANT RUN & CONFISCATED MANY OF USER'S CHOICES & options …!!!!!!!!!!
No additional ringtones, No vibration on connection features, shutdown many features tab decreased, battery less than expected, no system upgrade .. etc ..!!!!!
It`s only 16GB internal memory comparing to its large capacity of 3G ram!
No compass sensor!
No moving system & apps between internal & external (SD card) memory feature!
No delete contacts feature!
Wallpapers keeps stopping & malfunctioning!
malfunctioning of vibration system. etc ..!!!!!
The screen locks while calling.
Weak & bad sound.
Weak & very bad signal.
I have never been so disappointed like this. This is absolute waste of money!
I moved from Lenovo a5000 to this phone for more options not for confiscating most of them.
The most worst thing is Motorola Moto E4and E4 Plus launched with Android 7.1 Nougat and according to the company, there won't be any software upgrade for these. This means that you will have to live with this nightmare forever without any hope of deliverance … !!!!!!!!!!!!
Motorola is booooooooring & i don't have time to waste with them
Why there is no system update to solve these catastrophic problems?????????

Everything is great for me now after a week of use, specifications are the highest in its price range 117 dollars, battery 2 days of heavy use, camera is crisp, wifi is fast, no issue at all, excellent and recommended...

been using this phone for nearly one year, having no problem at all until now but what I really hate is why moto can't give the android 8 to this type when it's more than enough to adapt to such os. been tearing up between continue to using it or upgrade to other phone.

I really do not understand why such bad comments, it's simple if you want a professional camera, because you should invest more money and it's already simple .....

I am in Colombia and I have been mobile for more than 6 months, the battery is amazing, it lasts up to three days and I really use it at all times, the camera is great and the applications are never slow, I love it

sooooooooooooooooooooo bad product from the first i bought it. android 7.1.1 is rubbish. many app freezing, cant run & confiscated most of user's choices.

For the price is a really good device and also it is really useful if you're one of those doesn't like to plug the charger everyday or be worry about the charge.
The only thing I have been trouble with is with the 16GB storage however I haven't but a SD Card so there's nothing cannot be resolved.

Battery is an absolute beast.Calls at times I do feel some echo but it's good most of the time.Camera is ok but that's about it.Viewing for YouTube n what not pretty good as I can go on hours and the battery will survive.Screen is rather crisp at this price level.The downside though is probably occasional lag with internet browsing and apps but mostly is smooth.Considering how week the processor is I am amazed how well optimized it is for a very very low spec processor.Not a bad budget phone considering it's very affordable price point .

Lousy camera, half of the apk is missing and they need to be installed additionally and it doesn't allow update from Nougat to Oreo Android. Simply waste of money. I have Samsung J5 (2017) and Moto E4 Plus. For exactly the same amount of money, with Samsung you have faster and excellently optimized phone with very great 2 days lasting battery and extremely excellent camera 13mpx both cameras with two flash lights (front anr rear). You'll be disappointed with Moto cause it's not actually Motorola but Chinese spin off of Lenovo but WORSE!

Phone is trash. Wireless chip is garbage, dropping WiFi and bluetooth constantly. Lenovo support has dozens of posts on it, none ever get resolved.

Battery doesn't seem 5000 mAh compared to my former Moto G5 (5th Gen) which is 2700 mAh, it's the exactly the same for me. So, if you're getting this phone because of the battery, don't.

I've been using e4 plus for sometime, and I'm not at all happy with this phone. Firstly, there is no in-built app for writing and storing notes. Secondly, the camera is terrible. Thirdly, there's a glitch in the auto brightness feature, which becomes pretty evident when you're watching a video on YouTube with the auto brightness feature on. Lastly, the battery doesn't look like 5000mAh as it drains unlike anything!

moto is no longer a good product thanks to lenono. motorola used to be a awesome brand. fingerprint sensor stopped working after a month. durability is horrible. the screen for me has no issues. no scratches etc. "i got the e4 plus in the philippines". overall im not going for motorola gonna check out nokia now.
