Moto e 2nd gen not yet recieved android 5.1 in india.moto e 2nd gen is not even one year old they expire this E2 series in updates.they said You will be up to date in software side. shame on motorola company.

Very much bad experience with moto E2 i replaced new phone within 20 days after receiving phone again within 3 months motherboard got damaged

ganga, 12 Oct 2015sir everything is good but no flash This moto e 2gen is one of the best phone under 7000 not flashlight but is ok why not hang and touch very smooth battery is awesome camera decent I play heavy game in this not lagging smooth not to much hitting I suggest buyer belive me this phone is awsome.........

Really, it's kind of baffling an otherwise well-rounded entry-level smartphone is missing an LED flash. I can only attribute that to them not wanting it to compete with the Moto G because, really, how much could it possibly add to the cost?

I took MOto E 2nd gen mobile 3 months back - 1st issue - incoming getting busy tone who are trying to my mobile - no solution provided by motorola customer care finally i took back and recover the phone then copied that data from system.
2 nd Issue - yesterday it was hung when power on the mobile getting Motorola logo and nothing is coming up till now it's not resolved and need to go MOtorola service center today
I suggest it's worst mobile also it's not supporting Transend company Memory cards as I checked.

Looks like motorola wont update it to marshmallow, so that sucks. The phone looks pretty ugly. It's really thick. Pretty good performance for a $99 phone
