No idea what phone you've got, but if it doesn't support 3G then it's not this phone. Either you have configured something wrong, it doesn't like your sim for some reason, it's broken or you've got the wrong phone.

Helo dears !! I have been using this phone since a year ..never faced any problems till now ..everything was fine with this mobile ...Moto..=> always the best in mobiles

moto e2 3g is support 720p videos...moto e2 3g not support 1080p videos...but now you can play 1080p videos in it without any external player...watch it.
