i bought Moto E 2Nd gen on 12th march and it was good and today mobile got switch off i dont know why its happen like that after that i try to switch on but im not able to do it and battery is full at that time and i dont know wht to do it so kindly help me out frnds....

u should try to the another sim like from ideo to vodofone hope helps you

Flipkart Specification shows Internal Storage is 8GM but i bought a moto-e2 through flipkart it is having only 5.03GM internal storage. Online . Now what can i do?

I have brought this phone and using from a week, phone gets heats up and also 3G not supported... I wanted it to be fast but its slow and uses 2G even I have 3g plans activated.. Anyone facing same prob.. Or anyone knows solution to make it work on 3g pls do asap

In my moti e2 settings option not open while opening settings its showing "unfortunately settings has stopped" kindly replay and clear my issue.

Moto e 2 gen waste of time and and money .please don't purchase it.long time to take chargin.. RAM is always loaded for freeloaded apps internet speed is to slow. Its very difficult to use new android users. No flash .no filemamanager.no Facebook. Royalty worst phone ever I buy

My moto e 2 nd gen taking so much time in charging. For full charge in takes 3 to 4 hour so it is normal or problem in my moto e ?
