i am using global version xt1524.it supports 4g data and volte after marshmallow update.in lollipop version it doesn't support volte.i purchased it from amazon last diwali @5600₹.it is the best mobile in this price range.internet speed is better than moto e3.becuse of better hardware.

Hate it, Hate it, Hate it!!! For the 11 mths I have had this phone, it has been operational 5 mths!! Locks up & over heats. Have had to factory reset many times & also sent back to Cellular one's Warranty Dept to be fixed. I like Motorola, have had several of their phones, but this one is horrible. I was also told by the sales clerk that I am not the only one who has had trouble with this phone. Trying to find a different phone w/out an internal battery that doesn't cost me an arm & a leg. Very glad this sight is here so you can see the specs before you buy a phone.

i must say i was disappointed with this device.its tyoe of network isnt supported in my country.even the respected moto g series are not good in my country.hopefylly for the global version it will work.am a big fan of moto

aatif khan, 30 Nov 2016Jio sim will work as normal sim,but you will not be able to... moreJIO sim will not work in any case in XT1506 which is 3G only handset. JIO is 4G only network. Meaning it doesn't works on GSM frequencies like how other providers do.

jb, 11 Dec 2016I got Moto E 2nd generation LTE but not working 3g & 4 ... moreIt should work if you have XT1521, check about phone section see which model you have XT15xx? If it's other then XT1521 then JIO will not work.

venkat, 12 Dec 2016How to use jio in my moto 2gen xt1506.You won't be able to make it work on your XT1506 which is 3G handset. What you need is XT1521 which is 4G and supports JIO.

XT1506 is 3g mobile while JIO is 4G only network.... Do you really think you can make it work on 3g handset... If you think you can than good luck...
