I'm also getting similiar kind of problems specially automatic power off without any warning no network signal for 6 to 9 hours automatic restoring my data and apps sd card Please help me or reply me Please Please Please also Please tell me the date of lolipop upgrade example 15 jully 2015

if u update the kitkat and u update a lollipop the gradually ur mobile processor become slow

Well to go back to KitKat it may void your warranty.. First you need ABD fastboot files and Motorola 4.4.4 firmware.. Later you need to unlockbootloader and flash the firmware.. You can get step to step guide on net just Google it..

priya, 19 Jun 2015guys my moto e is restating randomly when i press power but... moreUse some app like tap tap app to unlock your phone instead of power button. This is the only solution as this is a hardware issue and can't be solved.

moto E2 is a value for money phone but don't expect any service from Motorola. i had my display broken. they charge >50% for display but i haven"t got my phone even after 3 weeks. tired of calling customer care, emailed them. went to service centre thrice.
No reason being given for delay.
If u purchase, don't expect any service from motorola.i will never buy moto phone in future.

yogi, 26 May 2015I have submitted my MOTO-E to service center located in pun... moreYes! Yogi their service is unacceptable. Mine stopped working after 10 weeks (did not start and all reset attempts failed). It's at the Pune service center for 3 weeks with no idea when it will be fixed. It's "buy at your own risk". Flipkart and Service Center cant do anything even though its well within the warranty period. Shame on Motorola. This is my last Motorola purchase. Hopefully Lumia will be better.

Guys better to stay on KitKat I had upgraded to lollipop it's good in its design performance and stuff.. But it makes internal memory very less and many apps aren't support ART and some connectivity issues.. So any back to KitKat 4.4.4 which is damn stable..

Excellent phone purchased an used piece for 3800rs just for custom romming And having fun with it running it with cm11 stable final build runs amazing without any problems and is also highly customizable has been a great buy for me.
