When moto e xt 1022 will get OTA notification to upgrade to lollipop? I am not able to upgrade manually. It shows it shows your system is update. In which month we will receive OTA for the same. Please reply.

If your mobile is getting restarted automatically while pressing on the Power button. there is no other way to resolve this issue other than changing the board of the phone in a authorized Motorola service center by providing the copy of your mobile's invoice.

Its a good mobile' but facing issues.
1. Pictures and mobiles are not copying to sd card. Asking to root the mobile.
2. Sd card is not showing files which are copied to it. Formatting is not happening to sd card.
3. Applications for play store are not downloading its shows warning as not able to install on usb storage or sd card. Internal memory is available upto 700mb but this error occurs.
How to resolve this issue. Please any one give me a solution to resolve this problem

Hi, thanks for sharing information about brick but I haven't seen any issue while downgrading the same. if you use proper stock firmware and downgrade it ,,that will work. Btw how you downgrading the os?

A precaution to be taken by every one.....it is applicable to any motorola devices..if ur motorola device is running lollipop or any custom rom do not try to downgrade it to kitkat...you can successfully install 4.4.2 kitkat but if u update it to 4.4.4 then it will result in hard bricking of ur device which can only be used by replacing the board...so ebery one if anybody had installed lollipop or custom rom on your device.....DO NOT DOWNGRADE IT TO KITKAT....

I am using moto e for last 2 month and I am so happy.But I have 1 problems.When I am traveling in a train I put a little bit of pressure on my pocket and after that my mobile display have a reddish hue but after 10 minutes the display became normal.So I want to know is it a hardware problem or just normal.
I am so worried please help me.

Guys the reason for restarting of your moto e is due to software upgrade. so if u have upgraded your phone to kikkat 4.4.4 or to lolipop, your phone restarts due to hardware issues.
