Pranesh, 30 Dec 2016I've used this phone for 2 1/2 years, it gave me no problem... moreit's the problem with all of the XT1022 devices, mine does too.
I got a way around it, use Gravity Screen from the play store.

I've used this phone for 2 1/2 years, it gave me no problem. after 5-6 months of use , i observed that it restarts automatically when using lock button,i thought this might be due to multiple apps running in background.
What i did was not root the phone, but disable most of the inbuilt applications, keep internal memory at least 600 MB free. Issue got resolved. also do not press lock button two times quickly in succession if screen does not wake up, press again after 5 seconds.
This phone fell many times, but did not break like other phones, thanks to gorilla glass.
Performance is slow when using chrome now, chipset is outdated, but still sturdy solid phone. Daylight photos are fine when it is focused properly.
you have a nougat ROM - CM 14.1 available as well for device.
this is probably one of the phones you will appreciate or durability and use for at least 3 yrs.

Used phone for 2.5 years . Highly satisfied with the processor and software system but sometimes it was getting hanged. Battery back up it exceptionally good and more specifically the emergency back up last upto an hour in case you use whatsapp call or video or any small use of phone. Not meant for high end intensive gaming . Does not have a flash. In the end phone has some issues with the SD card , now the jack i can see has started to get some kind of rancidity. Over 4/5 grade . Value for a budget phone .

The voice quality is pathetic. The other person will not able to hear you if you are not using headphone. The charger gone only after 1 month of using.Only good for accessing internet.
