In my phone there is only one sim tool kit ,if the resolution is duel sim plz tell what iam doo?

Camera has no flash light, useless during dark. No front camera in this age of selfie. Does not work with adsl. Rubbish design. Foolish buyers.

I am having problem from the beginning. It's switch off automatically and also now all the apps are working but when I tried to open Whatsapp and Fb, it shows that unfortunately this app is stopped / unfortunately motocare stopped. Totally this mobile is waste of money

I suggest don't buy Moto phones. I'm facing problem with Moto E only white display is showing. Worst phone I ever seen.

now wifi is not working worst phone, helpless service centres.Ramudu,Hyd.

I bought this mob on the release date I.e in the may,2014... And until now I love it other than any phone because this mobile is not less than Nokia 1100... It's strong and build quality is awesome... And about the rebooting problem use can use gravity screen app which is as available at play store where this app can lock ur screen by just covering the ambient sensor which is located beside the speaker... So no need to use the lock button, when u put the mobile I pocket it automatically locks itself within 1.5s and when u remove it from pocket it automatically wakes itself... Just try it once u will get addicted to it and never use power button... And for storage related problem u got to root the mobile...

I am using this phone for the past one and half years. The major problem which I face is the POWER button which is the only option to revive the screen unlike Smasung Mobile which has a separate button in the bottom. The problem is whenever we accidentally press the power button twice in order to revive the screen from sleeping mode, the mobile gets restarted and it changes the date & time setting as well. I couldn't find any alternate to mitigate this problem. and also The RAM 2GB is not sufficient if we load Mobile APPs. We need to remove certain apps in order to update the existing one. these two are the annoying problems which I face on day today basis.

I am using MotoE (2nd Generation ) , Hardware SKU XT1506,,Android Verson 5.1,Baseband verson MSM8610BP-18033.4614.46DOREMEA_DSDS-CUSTSystem Verson 23.21.56otus-reteu-dsreteuall.enEU retin, Build number LPC23.13.56.
It is a Duel Sim initially it worked for 3 months or so and now I am not getting Sim option When Micro Sims from Air tel is introduced it shows NO SIM .
In the settings when i click for Sm Cards both sim options are switched off or not responding to use dual sim operation the switch also not responding .
When I try the sim in other mobiles it works
Can any body help me to restore

Ya Ya Ya, It's restarting for me also. The worst thing is that the date and time resets when it restarts. If you have no other option to check out the date and time, you will keep wondering, what's the time now.
