I bought a Moto G on 4th of August and got an update for 4.4.4 Kitkat on 12th August. There is an issue I faced - I was on call and connected the earphones that come with the cellphone. It worked fine but the call was on and now I plugged out the earphones and the call automatically got transferred on the loud speaker instead of earpiece speaker. can any one tell me what is this behavior. Dint happen with my earlier HTC.

can anyone help me..??? in moto g even i disconnect the net.. its showing running background applications and consuming power for that.. if i terminate that application aft few moments its again running as back ground application.. because of this my mobile battery is draining fast so pl help me to recover this one...

awesome phone... fits in hand well. 1st day I had hold it under running water tap. it resists water.

I bought my moto g 5 days back .it gives only 12 hr battery back up with 6hr of 2g internet use and 20min of voice call.pls any one can suggest me how to increase battery life

can any one help me i m not getting ringtone in moto g when i got to setting rigntones it shows 3 ringtones that of hangouts,and wen i go by sounds/ringtones/ then also it takes me to the file manager and i get ringtone folder which has three ringtones plz help how to get back the default ringtones

The worst service imaginable. In all of Delhi there are only five service centres. Four months after I buy my Moto G (which I love), my screen begins flickering and becomes totally unresponsive. I take it in to the service centre nearest my home, lajpat nagar. Am told it will take a week to get the requisite spares. A week!! I say fine. They first want me to deposit the phone with them (for a week!). They eventually let me keep the phone, given that I can still use it at least partially. They assure me they'll get the spare part and will inform me. I check with them again the next day. Another assurance that they have ordered the part. I should call back on Monday. I call back today, and am told, first deposit the phone with us, then we'll order the part. Presumably, Motorla can't take the chance that I might not have them install the screen on my phone. Motorola must have a major cash flow problem, if they can't take that chance. I hvae now been 6 days with a badly misfunctioning screen. At a minimum ,another seven to go. Deep down, i fear that they have no idea where to source the screen from.
