Before upgrading to 4.4.4 we needed to factory reset our moto G or upgrade it directly without reset whats users opinion ?

Hi,
Before taking it from flipkart.com think twice as the motog they delivered to me is full of issues.
Due to which i lost my important data also.

PAku, 18 Jul 2014how do i change to silent mode ?? Awesome phonebriefly hold power button. you will get the shutdown menu. one option is for silencing the phone.
