you will find option to check for updates.once you click you'll get option to download kitkat android.

ca... moreGo to applications in settings and clear camera cache/ data and try it again. If that doesn't work try to reset your phone to factory default.

But they never get any software updates, and internal memory is only 4gb, no GPU no Gorilla glass protection and so on ...
SO Moto G is beast at 14000

i think 12000 above price is too much ,bcoz some smart phone also available cheap price in indian mrkt.iwant purchse 10000 below...

Got this phone 2 days ago and wish I had got it sooner. For the price this is a bargain. Super fast, smother than windows phone, display is bright and equals retina display, build is superb. One downside is no SD slot but 16gb version is ample. This phone is a serious rival for S3. Maybe not S4 but its a top quality phone. Google magic all over it. Amazing.

The best way to resolve all your issues is to root your phone and get the apt apps for your gadget. The performance and usage speed will increase. It will void your warranty but you can get invincible powers after rooting your phone.

yesterday i received moto g mobile,according to my knowledge , the raw version of Andriod is 4.3 but the default version in my mobile is 4.4.2, i did not get any option to upgrade it to 4.4.2,then how come it got updraded to 4.4.2. So the product which i received is second hand ???? plzzz help.
