Everyone thing is good and loks like a new set.

dear sir
i am using moto g 1st generation . i was updated my mobile os into LOLLYPOP . then when i am using internet it is getting heat and mobile also strucked and hang up .
but when i m using kitkat version there is no problem . what should i do pls tell me.?

bads:
battery not removable..which is major drawback
no sd card..i dont knw wat is moto planning abt that.
full charge takes 5 hours
soft keys on screen reduces .2 inch of the screen..which can be removed by using gmd immersive app
call log is a bit slow.

However, consider the fact it is impossible to have had it 3 years, let alone over 3 years. I'm assuming that was a typo and that you meant to say over 2 years, but less than 3 years. But I agree that it is a very good phone.

My moto G keeps saying my contacts have stopped when I make or receive calls.
Also my keyboard doesn't want to work properly. Verizon told me they had to reset my phone but I would lose my contacts, music, games & apps I have purchased. What do I do?

anonymous, 24 Apr 2015What is hard reset.I know factory reset please reply to my ... moreIt is when you do it from the fastboot option by entering the recovery mode. Look for it on google but dont do it if you dont need to bcause you can mess up your phone. :)
