sarfoo, 04 Feb 2014can anyone tell why charger and headphone are not including... moreMay be thats their way to sell the product at lower prices. Normally Nexus devices never had Ear phones. But this is the first time we see there is no wall charger in the box.

                      BATTERY REPLACEMENT.

I had difficulty finding info, anywhere online, about replacing the Moto G (fitted, not removable) battery when it eventually expires. I finally went onto 'live chat' on the Motorola - Moto G site. After posing my query I was told ... 'Motorola can replace the battery for $49 + taxes! That's the price if the phone is over a year old' and 'The price is not the same for your location' - I am in the UK btw!!

My experience with cell phone batteries is that they start to get very weary after about 18 months. So, unless I have misunderstood, this nicely priced and good spec phone has hidden expenses down the line. Why don't they fit a customer replaceable battery in the first place?

I will call Motorola UK tomorrow to find out more.

AnonD-94571, 04 Feb 2014a paid app is avialable in play store nexus manager or some... more@ rezaa

The poster was asking whether OTG was available on the Moto G, not whether there was a third party app for Android 4.4.2.

The app you are thinking of is called 'Nexus Media Importer'. I have it on my phone and it works, but personally I wish that I had stayed with 4.3

As rumours says, 16gb version will cost around 18k.

                                      1. Moto G 16gb for 18k (quad core A7, old chiset, no ext memory)
                                      Or
                                      2. Samsung S4 mini for 19k ( Dual core 1.7ghz newer krait, have ext memory option.)
