using this phone for 2 days in Bangladesh. satisfied with overall performance. getting battery backup like 1.5 days in 3g network, no bug so far. Facing only one problem, a notification; "Restricted access changed" is popping up and disappearing simultaneously! r u facing the same? anyone knows how to solve?

Stick Mount requires the phone to be rooted. Please explain how you managed to root it, because I haven't managed to find out how to do it.

if the mobile is launched for 15k-18k its not cheap and you may loose the market by the delay and the increased price tag.

hi you can use otg on android 4.4.2 kikat, only u need to use is stick mount app, then otg will work on u r moto g source:-xda

How to stop moto g from showing the pop-up 'update'?
I dont want to lose my usb otg and update to kitkat,
so, how can i control my moto g from downloading update itself?

This phone is awesome, I have been using it in the rain on my bike as its waterproof,the screen is good and the battery life impresses. Been using strava for 5 hours on the bike then normal use and still no need to reach for the charger that day past 11.0pm. Also Bluetooth 4.0 enables the use of a heart monitor for cycling.
The limit on storage to 16Gb will not be a problem as I havew have unlimited mobile internet usage on my plan(three mobile) for using google drive.
My previous phone had a 32Gb card which I was using up, but most of this was videos.
It would be useful to download some movies to the phone to play when no internet, but I have discovered a plug in USB storage device which takes my 32Gb card, and also you can stream your own movies from google drive.
I've put all my music on Google Play Music and cleaned up my laptop hard disc.
This phone came with a 50Gb free allowance for two years, about the time I keep a phone anyway.
Downsides are therefore a lower resolution camera 5M, and fixed internal storage.
I also could watch movies through MHL on my old phone which this does not have, but with the Kitkat operating system you can use Miracast which looks better, no wires.
The phone operates smoothly and I think its the streamlined Android Kitkat with Quadcore that helps.
I have owned the phone a week and am keeping it.
The 16Gb limit has encoraged me to keep contacts, music, videos in the cloud so lose the phone don't lose the data.

U can check out the Amazon. They may deliver it to India as they have an option of international delivery. But it will cost u extra.

Guys I mailed to the Moto Support India last night to know the expected price and their executive's reply came as follows:
"Expect a price tag identical to that in the UAE. To know more, check out the news on February 5." i.e. approx. 15K for 8GB and 17K for 16GB Dual sim models.
I just placed an order from US using the "Friends with Moto" promo code. They just charged $159+13.12(tax) for 16GB global GSM i.e. 10.8K approx for shipping it to TX, US. B)

Anyone facing issue with viber? My moto g can't make call on viber, when answer the call it automatically drop.New version of viber caused this problem.
