I've had the phone since Dec 26. Upgraded from a Sony Xperia Ray.So far, so good. Great screen, everything is smooth, battery lasts all day. I'm not a heavy user, I don't take a lot of picture, or put a lot of music on the phone. Basic browsing, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, listen to some podcasts. If you have one in black, shows fingerprints, and ringer needs to be put up to high to hear it.

please someone say how is the audio quality when earphones are connected ... i listen to music a lot...my first preference is audio quality in earphones... i have jbl in ear tempo earphones... please someone tell me .... thanks in advance :)

You have to open some 10 screws to unlock the battery. Not for everyday replacement. Dont know why Motorola took this approach. Everything except SD card was ok..!! But what I heard Google is taking apple approach to not provide SD cards so that more cloud can be used, less transfer of apps or music. Don't know how true, but SD card would have been awesome.

No memory card slot we have to adjust up to 16 gb and Non removable battery.If battery got damaged in any case then we need to buy new piece.

we are not just waiting for launch of moto g bt we alos hoping that we will get upgraded version like 4.4kitkat os and also micro sd slot. jan end is not so promising as far as market is concern. I think Delay will also cause in increased prise of model and chance of getting flop on real show.

indi moto g debut is delayd to jan end...
We are still waiting for the fixed final release
date and it seems because of almost negligible
presence left in India, Motorola/ Google are
struggling with getting relevant tie-ups needed
to release a smartphone in Indian market. It is
very important for the company to have proper
sales and service partnerships before launching
the phone in the country and we think the same is
causing this delay.

I bought this phone one month ago and I still can't believe how good it is.
Build quality is really good, it feels great in hand, screen is simply awesome (friend with iPhone 5 got jealous) and camera is actually really good. Even night photos looking good (again, comparing with iPhone 5, Moto G's camera has similar quality).
I know that it is not something new at the moment, but Moto G is amazing phone for its price.

Yes, you can buy new one and replace the original battery. This is not everyday job, but when the battery die it can be changed :)
