Do not buy this phone.
Motorola are making money from repairs. In my opinion the phone has a design fault and is not fit for purpose. It slid off my knee and although the outside of the phone was unmarked the inside was broken. They want me to pay for repairs and I have refused. I am taking legal advice as I would like to challenge them in the courts.

My Moto G First gen is facing yet another problem. All the calls and contacts are listed reverse. without any basic logic. random messages and call list of 4 days back are showing in front and immediate msg and call list are going down. tell me wat to do.

sincere request do not buy Moto G at all, its recycled product, I am facing lot of problems since sep 14 but but no one is helping me be it Flipkart or Moto, just saying keep visiting service center, So guys while buying mobile from Flipkart be cautious, i know atleast 4 people who bought Moto G and now in trouble like me, if you go to Moto Service center you will see most of complain belong to Moto G, Also flipkart is just saying we are not responsible, they are not bothered about Moto Service quality so guys stop buying moto G phone, major issue with phone and also after buying major service issues................I already visited twice to 2 different service center, they kept phone with for 25-30 days each, they changed mother board, they changed battery but no improvement at all...........they have created return request also but backed out within a day.........guys request pls share as much as you can

i find it a very nice smartphone as i have been using it since last 1 and half year. but i notice that it vibrates a lot. thats the only concern for me. how to solve it?

Only to share a few words.
Even that G has great thing to offer, like screen, dry android experience, great ergonomy there are many negatives too. Unfortunately I went trough most of them.
First, the usb cable was DOA, then phone didn't want to power up after full discharge, my back cover started to creak only after two weeks even if I have opened it not more than twice carefully and it only got worst. When bluetooth is activated along with wifi at the same time, browsing is heavily compromised. Audio headphone output is lousy and noisy (yes I have turned of all the EQ settings), and at the end headphone socket is loosing contact and google now is activating as a part of malfunction "did you say something, if you did, I did not understand it, can you repeat it once more" ---- GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY YOU B--CH!! lol
Yes it is budget phone, I know , but there are too many flaws with this phone as well as glowing reviews which from this point I can not understand.

It Is Android problwms and not the phone.
I had the same problens with my nexus 7 2012 and solved it by factry reset, you will not lose anything.

I updated my motto g to the latest version and since them my joke has become very slow and gets hanged every now and then.. Could anyone help me with this issue.. I want my old speed and flow back

Do not purchase moto g mobile. There is no proper battery .We cannot able to take out the battery. There is no clarity in camera. They are cheating the Indians by selling this phone.I am suggesting you this phone is absolutely waste
