Have had my 16GB Motorola G 1st edition since 2013 and I haven't found an SD card on it yet we know it's not there. The phone has work for me perfectly over all these years and doesn't have a scratch on it I love this phone and I wish they made more of them.

I'm being using this phone for 4 years without any problem even with some drops to the floor.
I really think this is the best purchase I ever made.

Motorola service centre gives third class services. I have given a mobile to the service centre at CTC odiaha since 3 days ago. They r taking the time 7days more. Problem is minor. I,e charger pin.

Great phone, still working well. Benefits from the Cyanogenmod upgrade to Android 6. Still support on XDA developers to run Android 7. Only upgrading because I want a better camera and SD storage.

Best Phone. Using it for 4 years. Installed lineage OS 14.1 (will upgrade to Android Oreo i,e Lineage OS 15 soon). It works like brand new phone though it doesn't have many latest features. I still use this phone till it is supported by Lineage OS and ugrade the phone later. Long live falcon.

The worst phone i ever used in my life never going to use these phone in future there service center are in a great doubt ask about price you will get 50 different quotes in delhi

worst battery backup
charging with transformer
sims not working network issue
overheating
automatically going to aeroplane mode
touch problem
updates are problem as the mobile dont work well after it

I have been using Moto G first generation 3 and half years. No problems yet. Thank you Motorola moto G first generation. Because first generation is made by Google company. I think, all other generations of Moto G (made by Lenovo company) are not worthy as Moto G first generation.

Best ever smartphone. Using last 3 and half year. Very beautiful display competing this days high end phone. No lagging on normal games. No hanging but little bit slow. Very hard material . I fall it 100 of times never single scratch on screen. Never used cover, back cover or screen guard.

Proudly Moto G 1gen owner. It is a great machine. 3 years and still working. Cons: basic camera, no LTE, basic battery not user removable.

So sorry I bought this phone it has a mind of its own many times when an incoming call happens i have no way to answer it. For some reason from time to time my contacts all disappear save for two or three. Battery last for a day. things that work fine once or twice quit. I am so sorry Sony for having cast you aside.

The day after I uninstalled that app, , it ran perfect again- To this day, as a matter of fact. Maybe also try a longer cable plugged into a usb port on a PC or laptop- longer to charge but it's easier on the battery

Anonymous, 02 Aug 2017Perfect Smartphone. Love it. Longest lasting Android. I've used Motorola phones since the Nextel walkie talkie was cool. Actually, probably had a Motorola beeper first.
I dropped the moto G and x probably 100 times working on concrete or heights and never broke the glass (without a protective case). When they'd finally break I'd buy a new one. $50 each through republic wireless or cricket. Now these phones are hard to buy and I don't mess with eBay.
I wasted $100 on a galaxy sol with the promise of gorilla glass in the specs and it broke dropping 2 feet onto a dinner plate. It was a horrible phone to begin with.
I find a gently used moto G on Craigslist for $40 and meet the guy at the store and voila! Back in business. It's old but reliable AND came with a case this time. Thanks Motorola. Bring the good phones back.....and the walkie talkie

I liked moto but after buying a moto g I think it was a bad decision to buy it. Within 4 months the charger stopped working, within 15 months I had to change the screen as the sensor stopped working. Even my friends started facing issues, battery back up is so so while using net.
Think wisely before opting for moto
