when i make a call my screen goes off so i can end the call myself unless the person does mine is moto g4 please help is urgent cos its a new phone thanks

Wrost service ... They r cheating with the customers..I gave them my phone for charging issue they solve that issue but they change my camera and gave me a scratched lens camera ..and added a statement on form that my camera lens was scratched...but when I submitted the form nothing was mentioned at that time...I feel cheated there still I don't know whether they have changed other parts or not?? I trust moto g phones. But these types of cheating broke my trust upon them..the staffs don't know how to talk to the customers....thanks to the manager he solve the problem but still I am not happy ..in my family we r using 3 Motorola's phones but after today's incidence..I will not recommend anyone to buy this phone because of the service centre incidence
At last if we r trusting your company don't break our trust please......

Best phone in cheap price. I have 5 these phones in family. Very satisfied. Never faced any problem. 3310 of Motorola

Best phone ever, this phone launched back in late 2013, Android Lollipop is a decent Android version, in my experience I do not like Marshmallow or Nougat, Lollipop is a great OS, battery is decent, I bought a backup Moto G to use for parts so I am set for awhile. This phone knows how to last! Even runs UNKILLED and 3D games. You can get this device for less then $80 no contract these days.

i brought the moto g4 plus from AMAZON 0n 6th of feb and i inserted the sim on 8th feb but now after 2 weeks of use it is showing some problem of display and i have gave the mobile to the authorized service centre of moto to repair it on 28th feb but till today they are saying that they don't have the spare parts in the compay too......So,pls suggest me a way( moto company ) to get out of it

For those that have this phone and it is getting very hot and has a short battery life,you need to know that you have a defective battery.You can get a defective battery with any model or brand phone.The Moto G is a great phone.I have 3 that have worked flawlessly and the battery life is all day,which is much better than several phones my son has had that cost about 5 times what this phone does! Any kind of consumer electronics can be defective right out of the box.Every person should know this.Don't blame the phone for a defective battery.

The shitty fone is so shit I can't even express my anger in words
Seriously man buying this fone was my biggest mistake I just feel like throwing it on wall
It heats up so fast that it actually burns my ear
And battery drainage is so irritating just aftr 3 months
Such a poor standard Moto has become

Here's my exceptional experience with my. Moto G (2 yrs 11 months old). This is the best and longest lasting phone I ever owned.
The display and UI are really attractive for me, for a price under RM700 back to 3 years ago. Really flawless and less issue of lagging (if all the unnecessarily file and apps are removed).
The cons are only the camera 5mp rear and less than 1 mp front & ROM (8 GB or 16GB).
Heard that G4 now has a lot of issue, really hope new generation of moto G will getting better instead of getting worse.

Moto G is good enough for me. I get 500 minutes talk, unlimited text, and 500 MB data free each month. I've had this phone almost a year. Nothing has gone wrong since. Limited on storage unless you have an external flash drive handy.

I purchased Moto G Turbo on 31 March 2016, in less than 8 months the battery is NOT getting charged!
I have handed over my handphone to Motorola authorised service centre on 2 Jan 2017, till date they are waiting for some spare!
I am getting SMS once in week, mentioning the above message!
Better not to buy Moto handsets!

I purchased Motorola G4 Plus 3 months before and one day i got issue with its display before 20 days, i visited many times Motorola service center in Ahmedabad(Ashram Road), every time they give excuses now they said coming on monday for hardware problem.. there service is not good, i requesting to all please don't buy this phone because they are not providing proper services...
