I have bought Moto G 3 weeks before. The phone is too good but battery is pathetic. All the time it remains on charging. Despite of charging it whole night by mid-day its battery goes off.. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS??? Its painful and now I have tocarry a backup phone worth Rs. 2500 with Moto G. :(

Switch phone off hold vol down and powerkey in at same time . press vol up and do factory reset. If you struggle just google on how to hard reset.

HEELP!! my sister locked my phone with the incorrect pattern and I never set up the securuty question... How can I make a Hard Reset to this phone? cause a cannot remove the battery.

I hoped that the 'events' (such as birth days, wedding dates, etc) under 'People Option' would automatically be ported into the 'Calendar' Option. Alas, that's not the reality. Either this simple requirement was not visualized when usage requirements were drafted, or there is some simple settings-related modification to be made. Either way, I need urgent/immediate guidance how to achieve this objective. Shall await a call from you eagerly. Regards to each one of you.

Dear Co-Users/Moto-G Team: I do not see the 'events' entered in individual entries of 'People' reflected in the calendar. For example, birthday of a particular 'contact' is normally entered as a part of the details of that 'contact'. Details of the said birthday are normally visible in the 'calendar' on the appropriate date/day. I do not find this happening in Mogo-G. Can you guide how to make this happen? Thanks.. Images taken from primary camera taken has some issues. While taking pictures with flash on and light focusing image comes as one side dark and one side light in color
