Can I remap Google Assistant button for other purposes on Moto G31?

I do have these model for almost 2 years. It still performs well, just a slight lag maybe because of the processor. I already drop this device a couple of times, still functioning. Maybe it is better if motorola still push android update for this device 😃

ok so for people angry about updates should learn more about android tbh... moto did provided security updates time to time. And honestly? do you really need android ver update that badly? cuz rest points are pretty positive with moto compared to mi,realme etc
however they need few things like gorilla glass even 3 is better than the one we have right now second imo midrange should have more options sd778G+ is still alive d8200 or 8100 sd7sG2 or sd7+G2 etc i like moto devices honestly......

after roughly 1.5 years of normal use with a few drops the screen stopped working suddenly, it was charging on a table when it happened, other than that it was an alright phone

Also on android 12,battery is well,same as 11,in my case,without callibration battery.Sorry for english,Camera on this device,photo,is good for the price,video camera has lag,if you increase display light,have more lags,strange,if decrease display light,become well.Moto camera have some problems,hardware,android 11-12,I install Gcam mod,same things on video recordings problems,don't buy this if you want recording videos,have lags,low frames,on videos rec.!Battery,good,display good,gsm signal good,good voice call,but for rec.videos=pain.I used before android 11,now 12,and same.Doesn't matter what 3rd part app camera you,use,lag on video,even on set it to simple HD.

It's a go... moreWork well with android 11.Faster than 12.Update patch for android 01.12.2023-Romania.Stay on android 11,yes,we know security patches,etc,but,android 11 faster on this device,model.Anyway,sound is GOOD,on headphones,also on speaker,can vieewFull hd youtube videos,also 1440,on New Pipe app.,use SuperFreez,from Fdroid,to stop useless background app.,may use Gcam mod(but is not so safety,is higher quality than stock app)

I am on Android 12, on this phone, and there seems to be no problem with lag, overheating, battery life and pretty much anything you guys are having issues about.

Since the forced OTA upgrade to Android 12 battery life has halved and boneheaded UI changes have me regretting getting a device which supports 12. It was phenomenal before; such a shame.

This is my first time using Motorola mobiles, poor camera heating issue poor performance even in normal use, forget about gaming "candy crush game lagging so much fps below 5, just like viewing some screenshots" Stay away from Motorola!

Finally took the brave step of updating to Android 12 and can't say I've noticed any issues so far. It's a really good phone this apart from the lack of 5g.

I have been using this from December 21 and I have not faced any issue. Disable Google apps which you don't use and it's good to go.I get sot 5-6 hours . Once I charge this phone it's easily last 2-3 days after 2 years.
When this phone was brand new at that time it lasted around 5-6 days on single change.If same continues this phone will last 7-8 years atleast.
