I have this as my phone for receiving delivery orders at my store here in Sofia Bulgaria under the counter near the Zabala gauge on a rack for in case of emergencies, i like that it has a FM radio for when I want to let my main AM FM radio stereo (which also has a battery) cool down after a long day before i close the shop, this phone is handy for making sure my customers receive their menthols, swishers, colas and pringles - when it gets old, it will become a dashcam for my 06 Pathfinder but i doubt it will get old because i really only use it to read NBA scores, check the weather/news, FM radio and answering customer calls - that way so my personal phone which is a Ulefone Armor X10

Basically, most of your rant is about so called "stock" Android which is used by Google, Motorola, Nokia, ASUS and Sony.
        In Motorola's case it's MyUX = AOSP + Goole apps + few Motorola's additions.

        >> There isn't any inbuilt real-time internet speed monitor or data usage tracker. (Yes their are apps for these but 3rd party apps are not as accurate)
        ---
        Actually there is.
In Settings ---> Apps, you can check how much any app used (Mobile data & Wifi).

Also, in Settings ---> Network & Internet ---> you can check Non-carrier data usage, and under your Network Operator you have to setup start and end date. There is history for the last 5 months, and it shows always which apps used mobile data. You can also set up limiter and warning.

Just because you are too lazy too read manual and check settings, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There is Settings ---> Help, so please RTFM. There is everything detailed explained (you need internet access to use Manual on the phone).

Is it possible to but a black line on top of the screen to hide the frontcamera punch hole? It's been possible on my Nokias and Oneplus.

It really annoys me that little black bugger in the middle of the screen😅 I'd rather loose a bit of screensize than get pissed when watching Netflix.

Phone is bought, but not yet opened..

I used exclusively stock android phones till 2020. But now Skinned UIs have come long a way. Barring a few most of them are as optimized as if not better than stock, plus they have some very useful feature.

Dk, 14 Apr 2023How is the camera quality? Is there slow motion and movie ... moreCamera quality is bad. Photos are very grainy even in day light.
Yes there is slow motion feature.

This phone looks great on spec sheet. But the moment you take it out of the box you'll know it's mediocre. Every thing about it feels cheap, The Grey Color, The Display Colors even the in box protective case.

But keeping aesthetics aside there are cost cuttings in this phone that's going to bug you in day to day usage.
                  1) All of my Bluetooth headphones keeps skipping these same headphones work perfectly with my other phone.
                  2) Camera is meh nothing to write about. Instead of giving 3 trash camera they should have given 1 with good quality.
                  3) And now the most overrated aspect of all Motorola phones. The software experience. Let me tell you it's not even half as good as people make us believe.
                  >> UI is sh*t, the notification shutter only have 8 toggles when fully expanded. My old phone has 17 and still looks cleaner than g32.
                  >> Security Updates are 2-3 months late than all of my other phone
                  >> It play the call ringtone for some apps notification which is very annoying and I have to completely disable notification for those apps.
                  >> There isn't floating window feature
                  >> There isn't any inbuilt real-time internet speed monitor or data usage tracker. (Yes their are apps for these but 3rd party apps are not as accurate)
                  >> Haptic feedback suddenly stops while typing and only comes back when lock and unlock the phone. this happens few times a day.
                  >> Widgets layout is horrible. Most of the widgets are vertically stretched or take 2 row where it could have used only 1.

I have had used a Motorola phone in 2015-16 and it left a very sour taste. And yet again I believed hype is real and they are really best VFM. Well that's it, they aren't getting my money again.

Joaquim, 17 Feb 2023Moto G32 doesn't have NFC !!!!!!!!I am thinking of buying one, and definitely need NFC. Which country are you in?

The Motorola website says: NFC: Europe & APEM Yes.

I'm guessing that the 64GB version does not have NFC.

                                        Search for APEM here https://www.motorola.com.au/smarphones-moto-g32/p
