AnonD-380649, 09 Feb 2017Does this mobile have any heating problem while using 4G net?I am facing heating issue as it goes till 45-46°c at max and also facing wifi connectivity issue as it shows connected but no internet although internet is working.. I think it is a issue with the update but not sure as it bought it 4 weeks back from Amazon.

The only problem I've had was when I accidentally turned on TalkBack. Took forever to turn it off. But that was my fault. Other then that, best dam phone I've ever had.

no. its not g2 its g4 play.. but it has 1Gb ram istead of 2Gb and has 16 gb memory.. why? please help

my moto g4 xt 1604 has 1 gb ram and 16 gb memory.. is it real phone? i bought it from a mobile shop.. on net it shows 2 gb ram with 16 gb..why my moto g4 play has 1 gb ram? plz helo

Comparison is not an appropriate one.

Facing Issue related to sd card on my G4 Play. SD card gets auto unmounted after some time. Starts reading back again once restarted but disappears after 1-2hrs. Any help ?
