I bought motog4play in amazon . In bookmark there another gmail accout was opened, no sticker in back camera & power button amazon giving used mobile & its take 8day to recive me.

This phone is not working properly. When we are speaking..automatically it stops releasing our voice. Also people listens some machine sound during our calls....this is my first purchase at amazon....and faced very very bad experience on replacement and also amazon representatives are not supportive to go for next brand for higher amount (Mr
Shashank & Jitender). My recommendation to all is not to buy this product or any product especially at amazon because their service levels are very poor. They penalise or play with customers.

There something wrong woth voice calling or video calling.. when i tried to make a hangouts video/voice call.it deied me acces and it showed me that there is no microphone..
Can somebody please tell me what to do???
