My first motorola product
Overall superb phone . Pure stock android experience with smooth performance and good battery life ,signal reception is excellent (far better than my iphone 6),screen quality is fine white balance is same like my friend's iphone 6s.Audio quality is superb with good pair of headphone.camera quality is avarage.If you know how to use android smartphone ,then it will be a superb device from motorola (Lenovo).
If you want good battery life you have to turn off location service and auto sync data of accounts.(only use when you want that)

Worst of the worst phone i have ever bought in my life.Didnt last 6 months without screen flickering and cant make calls or the phone auto dials and makes calls on its own.dont buy this phone.you will regret!!!

Worst phone I've ever had! We buy 5 phones about every 2 years for the last 10 or so years, and this was the 1st.. and last Motorola. 6 months into new purchase it started having huge issues. Sent it to my carrier, they did not fix it, sent it to Motorola, they did not fix it. Was under warranty and Motorola would not replace it.
1st. Phone shuts off instantly when I receive a text or phone call and no record of who phoned. While talking with Motorola I received an incoming call and my phone shut off! While I am out or at home, the phone shuts off - even if battery is 95% charged. Unless it is kept plugged in, the phone will not stay on. It's been tested and reset at least 5 times. 2nd. Phone heats up. 3rd, though all my settings are in English, the copy paste window is constantly in a foreign language and I can not read the selections. Had to memorize them. And lastly, the phone makes loud crackling high pitch sounds if I have a video or any sound, like changing ringtones. Then it shuts off. And the camera will shut the phone off too! Absolutely has been a horrible and stressful experience, and I was still having to pay the phone cost, off! I could not believe Motorola did not do any proper testing or replace this phone. This is also a common issue if you Google search this phone and its issues! I would not recommend this phone or company based on poor quality and zero service for a non working under warranty phone.

I bought this phone on December 2016 and after 4 months it started having ghost touch, I don't know how to solve it I bring my phone to the store where I bought my phone and they didn't know what phone is it because in my country Motorola's mobiles arent so famous.Can anyone help me pls? Btw my country is Cyprus and if anyone know a place where I can fix it. Thanks

To be honest this is one of the best mobile phone under 15K. Yes there are some issues related to heating and ghost touch while Turbocharging but keeping these two problems apart, MOTO G4 PLUS is a very smooth and effective set. I have been using it for over an year now and I've not faced a single issue and not even once my phone hanged which was the major reason I shifted from Samsung to Moto. It's an excellent phone for medium users and it delivers what it promises.

I have had to rate Motorola a 1 star as a rating of zero stars is not available, this Moto G4 phone is my first Motorola product and without a doubt, my last!!! The phone is crap (Google it and see how many people have the common problems) and the customer service is a lot worse! Impossible to get any information from them and they have no interest in fixing a faulty product, a truly horrible experience. Do yourself a favour and buy something else!

Update: About ghost touch issue. Noticed it was worse during the day & in bright light at night. Shut off "Auto Dim" feature & lowered brightness to 1/4 bright. Still plenty bright & phone seems to operate normally even when charging. Very rugged phone. I slammed this phone & tossed it 20 times during ghost touch issues (ghost touch rendered phone useless, opened 38 internet pages, typed complete random texts, made calls on it's own, & opened what ever app it felt like. Almost bought S7 to replace it). No damage. Now back in love with G4+.

#abnormal heating (gets worse when turbo charging)
#camera is not upto the mark of 16MP...same performace as of redmi 2
#awkard slow motion...not equilized fps and poor quality
#ghost touch when turbo charging
#finger print sensor wont recognize on sweat fingers
#low clock speed
#moto emblem wears out after couple of months use
#battery has fair life
#easily scrachable back panel

G4 Plus was awesome for almost a year. Quick, great photos, great reception & sound. Now it has a Ghost touch screen. It opens apps, types characters & dials on its own preventing you from using phone. Many others have same problem even after reboot, flash, or replacement. Some say its the case but does the same ghost touch even without case, and worse when plugged in.
