Try to use original charger only.

I received my motog 4 plus today from amazon..very disappointed as my brother was using motog3 which worked fab however this one is a flop ...continuos heating issues and the front camera is also bad..in short a defective piece..in process for a refund.

Phone is best in price.. features are brilliant .. BUT Motorola care is very poor . So i advice not to damage the phone in any case. Especially the sim card slot. Material used is very delicate can break when you inserst a SIM . And the warrenty wont work for it.

hello guys my experience with this device is good not excellent because this is budget phone not premium so
Camera ............. Good 8/10 better than xiaomi note 3
Display ............... 9/10 Better compare to previous moto device
Design ................. Ok Not so premium
Sound................... Good
Fingerprint sensor .................... 95% accurate
and no heating issue after update now phone not heat too much i played gta san andreas and liberty city around 2 hour and its core Temp> goes to hardly 38 to 40 degree
