When mobile data is switched off I am being charged for using data... it is happening intermittently and once in a day. I went to Moto service store to check about this.. they denied saying it might be problem with service provider. I checked with service provider and they gave simple solution to turn of the internet service at service provider level. When ever I want to use mobile data I had to sms service provider to start the internet services. And when I don't need it have send sms to stop internet services to service provider. This complete process is taking 30 mins every time.
Do anyone has solution for it.?

A great phone of great comfort to use. go ahead to purchase it and enjoy.

I am using moto g4 plus 32 gb phone for about two month great phone I have ever used in this price..
The only problem with this mobile is it's heating problem after heavy gaming about 20 to 25 min it gets heated but after new updates it's heats least
So I prefer this phone rather than redmi note 3 , or any brand in this price range...

RN3 better perform in high-end gaming and larger battery but no fast charging and average camera.

Gallary must be downloaded as it is not provided in-built. A third party software like quick pic will do the trick. It's a class phone. Go for it guys and I am using 3 GB G4 Plus

I bought moto g 4 plus last week. i have several problms in it.
1. ghost touch/ hang while charging.
2. heat while charging nd even while using apps.
3. battery drains very fast.
