my moto g4 plus was bought last weak..
to be honest it has the best camera and display....its design is comfortable on hand.
Its only con is heating during intensive high graphics gaming and during extensiv camera usage.If you don't consider high gaming..moto g4 plus is the best phone under 15K.

no front flash...it has a front flasing inbuilt software

Have you tried factory reset? It might be because of some software.
If this does not solve - you need to take it to a service centre as the device may be defective.

The phone's camera to be specific (or may be the laser autofocus is the culprit).
Quite a few times I have seen that if you keep the camera open for a few minutes - it simply stops responding - i.e. you can't click images.
There is one solution to it though (pretty weird) - turn on Airplance mode.
Gaming I have not tried, as I dont play games, but a phone that claims to be focused on camera - its a shame.
Please do not misguide the users or potential buyers!
