The G4 is a bit cheaper price wise for getting the unlocked version and not having to get stuck in a contract

You want Battery Backup and performance then go to redmi note 3 32gb but Camera is not better than moto g4 plus, as per the review moto g4 plus face the slightly heating issue...

Im planning to buy Moto g4+. Is it a good phone ? Can I buy that one ? Is there any problem in that phone ? Everyone is saying that, there is a heating problem in it and cant able to hold the phone due to over heating !! Is it true ? Someone says that, if we play a high graphical game and if we use the camera continuously the device gets over heat. Im not a gamer and occasionally I took some photos..thats it. Now I need your opinion about this phone.. And I didnt find Moto g4+ with 64gm-4gb ram.. From where can I get this ?

Yeah there was few heating issues, but now the new version and model dont have that much issues....yes now it comes with latest android 6 version, before it was having some issue when lolipop was upgraded...now its okay...latest patches has rectified it to a certain extent. Anyway i dont feel any lag even though it get slighter warmer when used heavenly, but that is in even seen on top notch phones in market.....the Build quality is good enough for daily usage.....
