My moto g 4 plus is not going good with its battery life battery is draining too fast it's not working even for 6 or 7 hours after charging it up to full..why is that??? can anyone help me???

On this site it shows expandable upto 256GB. But on amqzon it shows 128GB. Someone please give me the correc information.

I bought it in the launch day.
But now I regret buying it. Amazon didn't even give the launch day offers as promised.
The phone has its own issues as well.
Speaker stops working after some time no ringtone on call/sms and no media volume. When I notice this I have to restart to normalize speakers.
Restarts abruptly anytime.
Does anybody have the same problem. Please suggest some solution.
