Hii, i purchased Moto G4 plus a month ago. 2 days back i am facing battery issue. Sometimes it is stuck at 63% for a long time and sometimes when battery level reaches 22%, phone gets automatically restarts and shows battery level of 2% or 4% and gets continuously restarted unless put to charging. Sometimes when phone is restarted after showing battery level of 4%, it shows battery level of 40%. and when put to charge at 2%/4%, it gets charged quite fast i.e 15% in 4 minutes.
Is anyone facing such a similar issue ?
Can anyone suggest a solution or reason behind such issue ?

1 month back I bought this MOTO G4 plus. Now I am facing some issue with fingerprint sensor like sometimes it won't detect instead it juz switch on the display showing notification, unlock button, camera n record symbol. Can I get any suggestions ?

I Will bye My phone before 5 day My phone fingers printed scanned not work properly every time and camera not respond faster and always say restricted access change plz solved my problem

step:1 search for: lenovo file manager apk.
install it
Dont get worry its a lenovo software and it works in moto.

The ... moreI can understand your problems but......not having a option of 2 separate ringtones for 2 sim is not a issue but a subjective choice........this phone boots up quite quickly and the same goes for switching it off also.......I've never heard of having separate ringtone for a contact(though it would b a feature)..........I also faced the problem of earphone button not working when connected but after hard data reset it Resolved..it was surprising but it resolved.......for call recording go download app from play store......not having gallery was also a problem but I resolved it by using 3rd party gallery app...........I HOPE THIS HELPS

Its Battery backup is so gud ..... but are so many problems i m facing like application get shut down automatically ........ hanging problem is there........... n i puchasing dis 2 times but again agnain i m facing problem. dont buy this phone
