AnonD-625988, 03 Jan 2017How to do factory reset and by this whether my all data will lostSetting backup & reset switch on automatic restore touch reset & wait it takes a while to set up before you do reset go to play store 3 lines top left corner set to update over WiFi only if you have WiFi as if you do it over phone internet it takes a lot of your allowance then go do other things that's it before you do anything remove sim & sd cards put back in when your phone has finished reinstalling everything

moto g4 plus is this heating issue?

G4 (not Plus, but I think it has the same problems). This is a rubbish phone. After one week I had to change it (suffered from "ghost touch", randomly opening and closing screens on its own all the time). The new one does it occasionally but I give up. I'll get rid of it asap. Also the FM radio hangs the phone after a few minutes and you have to reset the phone. And if all that was not bad enough, the "Gboard" crashes all the time in the middle of texting, and they have not fixed it after countless Google updates. I'd be better off with an old Nokia from the 80s. Don't buy it. Having said that, I had the G3 before and it had none of those problems.
