But for everything like a more robust UI, more features over stock android, more battery life, more performance, steady upgrades, better feel, better display, better build quality, I would pick Redmi Note 3. Lucky to own both.

Would recommend Redmi Note 3, no issues and great battery life, given you can live with MIUI (its a great UI, dont love the icons, get Nova Launcher). The thing is, Redmi Note 3 is a fantastic piece of hardware.

AnonD-555667, 26 Jul 2016Moto g4 and g4+ are also 5.5 inchers.Yes i know, that's why i had mentioned i can pick up a 5.5 if in case of a beefed up specs that really transforms into better user experience ! But since i kept reading heating issue as the primary concern for both these devices, i'm really skeptical to go ahead and pick either of them. Now OPX seems to be obsolete. Moto G Turbo looks really outdated with 720p display. Not sure which handset shud i be looking @ now. :( :(

But i only read that OnePlus has officially announced that there won't any new versions of OPX but they would continue to sell & support the current device.

                                        Guys,

Please help me make a decision. I'm planning to buy an android phone under Rs.15k.
I had narrowed down on 4 options:

                                        OnePlus X / Moto G4 Plus / Moto G4 / Moto G Turbo

I was very much inclined towards OPX after going through various reviews except for the official OPX forums. Of late when i checked there, I see a lot of hue and cry there now of the current owners of OPX complaining about lack of support for OPX compared to OP2 and no sign of MM. Now am in serious confusion.

                                        My priorities:
                                        1. Preferably a 5" phone, [worst case due to other compelling reasons i can go for 5.5"]
                                        2. 1080p display
                                        3. Would need MicroSD slot.
                                        4. Excellent Camera performance. [ I know OPX takes a hit here]
                                        2. Main usage pattern would be for lot of video playback, net browsing & very very occasional gaming.

I had seriously considered the following:
                                        1. Redmi Note 3 - Hated MIUI & 5.5"
                                        2. Lenovo Vibe X3 - Bit Bulky - Read lot of heating issues [ I had similar opinions shared on
                                        Moto G4 plus too]
                                        3.
                                        Appreciate responses.
