Moto G4 plus is worst phone i ever used.
Its Mother board has damaged within 15 days of purchase and Moto service centres are so useless that they take 20-25 days minimum to repair it

I bought this phone two times, and both the time I got a defective piece. My phone's ear piece was not working well. I was not able to hear what the other person is saying

its very shitty phone im using this phone for alomst 2months n facing problems so on its very sluggish at very frequent times some apps crash all time i used with heavy games and apps also with no heavy app but its just the same hang hang hang n wat pisses me off the most is while charging u simply cant use it while charging screen go shaky thers nothing u can do unless u unplug there was this time when my phone was rebooting continously due to which i have to reset it nad lost my all data.guys if u have moto care at your city then only go wirh this device otherwise dont even see about this phone if u want i can even do a video of my phone

jagz, 14 Jul 2016U must be using too mch apps jst to keep blame on moto.It has tremendous heating issues can't hold the phone after playing games for 9-10 mins ,it's starts over heating very badly

I love my moto g4 plus.very smooth.but 1 problem.when i connect to charger and typing something....my phone becomes mad.opens random apps types anything automatic....i don't know what to do.any 1 have any solution den plz reply.plz plz plz......very good phone.very lighy weight.no lag even if playing very high end games

To all honnest people trying to find a reliable source of information on this phone :
Beware, there's an "anonymous" guy that keep telling all the downsides of this phone are not true.
It has a very annoying heating problem, that shows up everytime you use your phone (exepted for calling or playing 2 games). Browsing on the internet, playing 3d games and mostly taking a lot of picture and recording films make the device to heat a lot AND very quickly.

The phone starts to heat around 2 min and then become increasly hot after this time. At 15 min it was VERY VERY hot. It can't overheat since there are temperature protection, but your phone is barely usable since it heats so much that it hurts.

Anonymous, 19 Jul 2016Guyz which phone is better between Moto G4 plus and samsung J7?If you want update to not just the 2016 version of Android but 2017 version too, go for G4. As it will be updated to Android N as well as O (or whatever it may be called).
Also, thanks to nearly stock Android it simply flies... Although I do miss the notification led

Cell reception, call quality etc are excellent. No issues whatsover. Phone does have some heating issues as complainted by some users. Personally I have not felt it as I hardly play games on my phone.

May be after update it will be fixed, whenver that comes :)

I'm looking into getting this phone. Was a huge fan of the original moto g and hoping this is as good. Obviously Pokémon GO is now a factor and I was wondering how well it runs on this device.
