Initially,i fou.d this phone very good....but,slowly this phone showed heating problems...hangs very frequently....and the thing which I disliked the most about this lenovo phone is that the rear camera glass got full of scratches within 2 months of purchase.....it has 16 mp camera but now it looks like a 3 mp camera...I would suggest everyone not to buy lenovo products...

I have been using Moto g4 plus since 6 month. And I have Lenovo laptop as well. I recommend everyone not to buy Lenovo product. It is total waste of money. I just broke my Moto g4 plus because of anger.
Turbo charging bullshit. Hangs mobile a lot.
Worst battery backup.
Please don't buy Moto smartphone ever.

This phone is not worth buying within two months the charger is not working properly it discharges when the phone is on charging
Phone gets hot while using Snapchat or while playing small games
Please don't waste your money buying this phone

Worst Phone Wich I ever used.... It's waste of money...phone hangs...headpon stops working after 8 months .... No battery backup at all..... So pls Don't waste Ur money.

After the latest update to google photos app I am facing problem to play the videos.Only the top listed video is playing after clicking any video.Is someone facing the same problem?Pl.help me.

Seriously, I agree.
After getting the getting the system update the major effect is on camera. I am a photography freak and was so much satisfied with the camera of this phone; bu after updating the system camera gives you a foggy effect and not at all a clear picture even in daylight.
Highly disappointed with this.

This cellphone has good damn fast battery draining problem and you will experience this after 6-7 months when you'll get all your updates done!! Won't suggest anyone to buy this shit!!

I bought this phone in Oct 2016 and not even an year I used it, it stopped working completely..Gave for repair ,still some issues are not resolved. Not at all happy with this product

this phone is ALWAYS losing connection on the home wifi two iphones (one older than dirt) IN THE HOUSE NO PROBLEM AT ALL. The end result is your not paying attention and end up pissin data away on something you wouldn't waste it on normally.follow threads and turns out its allover the web all carriers have g4s doin it I believe its by design been on the phone 5 times between consumer cellular and Motorola no remedy and ive only had the phone 10 days

i do have a moto g4 plus.. it contained problems. started with ghost touch while charging (which is fixed though) but as the brightness is increased to maximum or between 40% of max brightness to 100% of full brightness, the ghost touches are experienced especially on upper left side of screen..

Thought this would be a good replacement to my lost Motorola Droid. No matter how good everything else is in a phone, if the battery life is crap, then the phone is useless. I charge this phone overnight. unplug it at 0600 and with minimal usage the battery is at 20% before 0900. It will become my work phone as soon as I can find a phone that has a battery that supports normal human usage. This phone does not.

This phone worked great until I finally consented to one of the incessant nags to "upgrade" to Nougat. Since installing Nougat (7.0), and the March 1, 2017 security patch, the phone has become horrible and I've had to shelve it. The battery now drains really quickly (300 mA draw at rest, i.e., with all running windows closed, in airplane mode and sleeping with the screen off), the phone reboots spontaneously about once a day, and apps, particularly the browser (Chrome or Dolphin, it doesn't matter), crash frequently. Play Store (version 7.8.16) no longer works, downloading or installation just never completes. To update or install apps I discovered that I have to go to Settings, Apps, Google Play Store, Uninstall Updates, shut down and restart the phone, then hurry and update apps using the old version of Play Store (version 6.9.40) before Play Store itself updates. I also have a Moto G3, running Marshmallow, with the exact same complement of apps installed. The draw at rest on this phone is just 1 or 2 mA, Play Store 7.8.16 (the version that won't work on the G4 Plus) works fine and, moreover, the G3 is quite stable. I've literally had to shelve the G4 and revert to using the G3. Just in case you're wondering how I measured the draw on the phone's battery I did this by charging the phone to 100% then connecting it to an external battery via a USB meter. The G3 showed an influx of higher current (presumably to top off the battery) before settling down to a very low current draw. The G4, on the other hand, just kept drawing 300 mA from the external battery. I would return the G4 plus but for the fact that I've read horror stories about Lenovo's warranty replacement support (I've read that they return to you phones in even worse condition than the phone you sent them). Actually I did call and they did offer to exchange my phone but they never followed up with an email containing the RMA. What I'm thinking to do now is to wait until the end of the manufacturer's warranty period (1 year) and then invoke the extended warranty (another year) through my Discover card. I've only had good experience with various credit card's extended warranties. In the meantime, the G4 Plus running Nougat is toast.

Dis is a dumb fone i ever brought. Its been a mnth i ve brout .bt stil at service centre. Ve replaced 2 tym. Wit various cmplaints. Main error wz wit d display . Thn network.aux connection. Nt only myself. Few of my frnds also having almst same trouble.
