Anonymous, 19 Jun 2016If you are an avid photographer you should go get a DSLR ca... moreBut we can't carry DSLR camera everywhere.And those how looking for Moto G series it's quite obvious that he or she is budget conscious and Moto G series always provide us a very good spec at reasonable price range .And this time year 2016 Moto G 4 Plus is fully loaded Lenovo and Moto haven't left any room empty they did an excellent work in each and every department.Please note its a budget phone and we can't expect IPhone 6 s and galaxy Note series feature in Moto G series but, it's a Best Buy under 15K .

AnonD-295876, 19 Jun 2016 If you are an avid photographer and have any inclination t... moreI dont even think that this phone is gonna last long for power customers and gamers....even for the long video seekers....i had ASUS zenfone 5 it too overheated like this g4plus only when the processing is pushed to limit...and i had the emmc burnt and now the mobile needs a motherboard replacement,means its dead...so dont say that the phone is future proof..phones that have plastic body are bad heat conductors and hence they are prone to motherboard burning faults while used at high temperature fpr longer.......my zf5 lasted me for 1year 8months.

This Moto G4 Plus doesn't has OIS.
This has nothing to do with DSLR, DSLR is different class device which for sure far more superior than smartphone camera.
Just want to mention that there are smartphone with better camera out there that also worth the consideration rather than narrow down the scope to drive other people to consider buying this Moto G4 Plus.

Like the poorly built headphone jacks in Moto G and G2.
Cheap touchscreen panels used in G2 and G3.
In the case of G4, moto removed one very common feature: magnetic sensor.
Let's hope the display quality will be on par with Moto X Play.
X Play seems a better buy to me. Better design, sturdy build. Snapdragon 617 in G4 isn't that faster than Snapdragon 615 in X Play.

Smartphone cameras are not for real photographers, even if it's an Galaxy S7 or Xperia.

Moto g4plus is well phone but camera pixel is not not. Its camera mp is 16 but compared is only 0.6mp bad camera.

I am unable to find a dedicated "Gallery" , in the G4 Plus handset.
There is a file mananger and all my pics are indeed there but there is no dedicated Gallery unlike which we get in most devices.
Can GSM arena or any one else pls guide as to what would be the solution.
I got the device and it is amazing and a true performer. VOLTE rocks in this device.
